JSA is a world's first "Saké Academy" focused on Saké and Shochu, where you can learn and make people happy with your knowledge.

We want you to learn the basic knowledge and history of Saké which brewers take time and energy to brew and introduce the beauty of saké to the customers through the knowledge you have mastered. 

We believe that is the key to vitalize alcohol sales and food service industry and lead to the inheritance of Japanese culture, creation of local industry and increase in jobs.

20 years has passed since I started working in Japanese Saké industry.

Saké has become the "National liquor" and has highly acclaimed in quality, taste and culture abroad. In Japan, " Toasting with Sake " regulation has been enacted in various regions and the Sake industry is coming to life.

But beer still gains a majority share in the domestic market.
The reality is, Saké and Shochu are still an unique liquor that a part of population drink and a large part of population do not know how delicious they are.

How do we let people know the deliciousness of Sake and Shochu ?

Maybe the key is the professionals who sell or serve liquor to customers. 
Liquors sold or served by well educated true professionals who love liquor can introduce the charms of Saké passionately with real knowledge.
This is the reason why we started " Saké Academy " and established "SAKE EXPERT®" certification system.
 
I am sure that Saké will become more popular worldwide.
